DEV UPDATE - VOLUME 5

TUE 6th, AUGUST, 2024.

1. Archive Node Integration:

   • The DEV Team are currently running the first archive node of the CratD2C DPoS Blockchain. Our team is working on integrating this node with the Explorer to ensure that all historical data is accurately displayed.

2. TestNet Staking Portal Development:

   • Significant progress has been made in developing the TestNet Staking Portal for Validators and Delegators. Our DEV Team is intensifying efforts to make it publicly available soon.

3. Transaction Fee Implementation:

   • The CratD2C Foundation has implemented a transaction fee of 0.00021 $CRAT, making it much cheaper than Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance, Cardano, and others. We will monitor this transaction fee during the TestNet phase and gather feedback from the community.

4. Chainlist Integration:

   • BIG NEWS: Chainlist, a platform that simplifies MetaMask integration by enhancing the interconnectivity for users to connect their wallets to various blockchain networks seamlessly, has officially confirmed CratD2C ($CRAT) for TestNet integration with MetaMask Ecosystem. This means there will be no warning flags when configuring $CRAT in MetaMask.

5. Scheduled Maintenance:

   • The DEV team will pause the entire CratD2C Blockchain on August 7th from 6 AM UTC to 6 PM UTC for technical updates and an evaluation of the entire TestNet phase. The Blockchain will be re-activated afterward for Staking Pool Protocols Integration.

6. TestNet Validators Selection:

   • The CratD2C Foundation is currently selecting TestNet Validators for the Delegation Foundation Program. Selected individuals will receive 100k TestNet coins to share in the Validation Pool rewards, which include Block Rewards, Transaction Fees, and Stake Pool Rewards on the TestNet Blockchain.
