Introduction to CratD2C IP-Portion Ownership Opportunity
The CratD2C IP-Portion Ownership model presents a rare opportunity to hold a stake in the intellectual property (IP) rights of the CratD2C Layer-1 Blockchain and its interconnected ecosystems. This innovative framework allows qualified individuals and entities to earn long-term royalties derived from the net profits generated by the networkās multifaceted infrastructure, including DeFi protocols, RWA applications, and smart contract services. Ownership is tokenized through the CratD2C Intellectual Property Token ($CIP), creating a decentralized, secure, and rewarding digital royalty system.
1. Royalty Basis
Type: Profit-Based Royalty
Calculation Base: Net Profit generated from all revenue streams across CratD2Cās Layer-1 blockchain, DeFi Protocols, Real-World Asset (RWA) Applications, and third-party deployments.
2. Royalty Percentage
CratD2C IP Owner: ā 20% of Net Profit, payable semi-annually starting from the second half of 2025, with a review for potential quarterly payouts after five consecutive disbursements.
3. Scope of Royalties
Royalties will be calculated based on the aggregate net profit generated across all revenue streams within the CratD2C Ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to:
Validation and Delegation Pools
Staking Protocol Revenue
DEX (CratSwap V3) Fees
Smart-Swap and Multi-Chain Bridge Transaction Fees
RWA Marketplace Income (E-commerce, Real Estate, Luxury Portal)
Crypto Debit Card Utility (Global-Ease Pay) Transaction Fees
3rd-Party dApps Deployed on CratD2C Layer-1 Infrastructure
Tokenization Fees for Projects Migrating to CratD2C
CIP Token Ecosystem Licensing Fees

Method: Paid in $CRAT Native Coins or equivalent stablecoins (e.g., USDT/USDC) based on internal treasury policy

Royalty calculations are backed by audited financial statements

7. Adjustment Clause
The royalty rate is payable semi-annually starting from the second half of 2025, with a review for potential quarterly payouts after five consecutive disbursements. base on new market expansions, and the evolving value of the IP ecosystem.
8. Tokenomics Alignment
30% of CratD2C's Total Max Supply (300M $CRAT) ā i.e., 90M $CRAT Native Coins ā is exclusively allocated to owners of the 100,160 available IP Portions ($CIP Tokens). Each 1 $CIP Token will secure a share of this 90M $CRAT Native Coins over its lifespan. Total Supply = 100,160 $CIP Tokens
Thus,
Each $CIP Token = 90,000,000 / 100,160 = Approximately 898.72 $CRAT Native Coins are allocated and secured per 1 $CIP Token.
This allocation ensures substantial long-term value for IP Holders, tightly binding the performance of the CratD2C ecosystem to its early contributors and partners.
