TestNet Stages & Transition to Mainnet

The CratD2C TestNet stages involve an initial launch focused on evaluating network functionality and performance, followed by feature testing, including the testnet explorer, faucet mechanism, smart contracts, vesting contract, validators/delegators staking contract, consensus integration, bridge mechanism, and swap integration.
